About me
Germaine has a love of photography that started as a young child. He began developing his skills at Manchester Craftsmen’s Guild during high school. He continued his education at Indiana University of Pennsylvania where he received his Bachelors in Communications Media. Germaine returned to MCG and is currently employed as a photography teaching artist mentor.
